La Cucina de “Don Alfredo” Story of Don Alfredo Alfredo Berlingieri was born on the Island of Sicilia, then immigrated to Mexico City where he founded two of the most famous “Italian Ristorantes” La Trucha Vagabunda & Alfredo’s. In Alfredo’s he created the world famous recipe “Fettuccini Alfredo”. Now he is a businessman in San Felipe, and he graciously gave us six of his best recipes.
